If the vendor cannot provide either of these for a "kit" item, then the buyer must decide whether they have the resources to complete the "kit" without any support.
Why should DIYaudio provide support to Chinese and other Far East Fakes/copies/knockoffs/thefts of intellectual property?
Why should DIYaudio allow Members who use these stolen IP resources to extract information from their other Members, who respect the IP of Members and individuals.
It's a respect issue.
