hey I have a question for you guys. the soft turn on circuit what would be the proper time of the bypass circuit I made a quick draft PCB, I'm thinking to use a single 50W 12Ω resistor and a also a small transformer to be separate to activate the bypass circuit STOC = soft turn on circuit, I read 100ms

Can someone suggest a better inrush limiting scenario?

You need one with two relays, the second relay will bridge the thermistors after a few seconds.
So that there aren't anymore thermistors in serie.
Like this one.
