FEMM result of UKPD's ribbon with helper magnets

FEMM result of UKPD's ribbon, based on his pictures and description.

A screenshot of the FEMM setup is attached to this post.

The predicted B is 0.22 T in the middle of the gap and 0.52 T on the surface of the magnets. Same results as without helper magnets. I would have expected an increase of B.

Sorry, been a bit busy lately. I'll try to borrow flux meter next week and see what measurements will show. Also I have found while experimenting with new diaphragm for the ribbon that its possible to make 1.2 micron ribbon out of two pieces of alu leaf laminated together with contact adhesive. And its strong enough for 40mm width ribbon. I'll report the results either here if there are no objections or open another thread. Sorry for off topic.
