And thats the reason I didnt take them all, as they were so cr4ppy quality on mounting surface that it looked like they had to be straightened.

I was wondering if that was an optical illusion. They looked bowed too. If they are, a rough straightening would be okay for individual transistor mounting oriented up / down. You could not nount a bracket or STK package without a lot of work.
If they are that bad, I can see why you left them.
