I have a SMD transistor with a marking C3PGB

I searched on s-manuals.com for C3PGB but didn't find it. S-manuals.com had a lot of C3's I ask if any knows what C3PGB is a npn, pnp or ?
It's off of a MTX THUNDER 6500D.

Thanks for any help.

That FET is used to clamp the input of the optocouplers and the 6500 doesn't use optocouplers to drive the outputs. This looks like the 7801 board (there is a 7801 page in the tutorial if you didn't find it already).

That's a JFET. Are you sure you're checking it correctly. If not, go to item 6 on the Checking Semiconductors page (CS in the Quick Links menu).

I found a bad transistor/diode? the marking on the pcb is D400 and the marking on the transistor/diode is I5H T.
I wanted to look up the residence so I can test it but can't find it anywhere.

1. I looked under "Diodes" in your book but it didn't list this type. (if it is a type diode)
2. How would i test it? I said it's bad because it's open on all 3 points.
Thanks

On the 7801 page, perform a ctrl-f search for:
The other 3120 (the one on the left in t

The mark is actually: 5H

They used different diodes but what's important is that you have a diode connecting the base and emitter of the top A42 in the diagram.

The datasheets are under:
