Depends on which of the techniques you are referring too... a router, jigsaw or NC milling machine for translam... some creativity with jigs if you are going to make your own curved ply from veneers (is this the thinly cut pieces of wood you refer too?

Veneers. Yes, if you'll recall, my experience with enclosures is either wooden rectangles or PVC pipe.
I've been developing a few thingys that need to be bigger than they make PVC pipe for. Get it? And it ain't no box, see? So I had a problem till I stumbled across this newfangled "veneer" thing.
Affordable, I hope. Where can I find "veneer"? At a store?
