Hypex UCD180 OEM Build questions

HI, I have some Hypex UCD180OEM boards and a SMSPS400180 PSU and am looking to build an amp. I see these UCD180oem boards are different than the offerings from other Class D DIY based offerings like the ones UcD180 HG with HxR. I se theres a board used to connect the 2 modules to the PSU however I do not have such a board. I am assuming I can wire directly onto the header pins on the module. Anyone have any suggestions?

The same here. :)

Not very recent threads, but hopefully interesting.

The first link is about pics of UCD180 internal positioning of both amp modules and SMPS, just to possibly have some further ideas. ;)

The second link is a thread related to different model, but imo with many useful infos.

The third thread might answer some of your specific questions.

Identify the board connectors.
Obtain matching plugs.
Very carefully map out which pin goes to which pin.
Wire up using whatever cable or cables seem the most appropriate.
If a breakout board helps then use one.

Check all wiring before powering up.
With plugs in power supply, check voltages on amplifier plug before connecting to the amplifier just to be safe.
Checking is cheap.
Fixing amplifiers is not.
If you can obtain pre-wired plugs with flying leads, good.
Else you will likely need special crimping tool to connect the plug terminals.

I doubt it.
Identify the plugs and order them in from your favourite component supplier.
Probably need plug body & terminals separate.
Order spare terminals.

JST connector kits can be bought off Ebay.
Terminal crimping pliers for crimping the wires to the terminals - size to match the terminals.

Have fun.
It's fiddly but patience will reward you.

My mistake earlier.
Okay.

I went to see what I had bought to make custom connection wiring between different power supply and modules and I found the following

https://www.ebay.com/itm/251430071245
https://www.ebay.com/itm/261406948002
https://www.ebay.com/itm/254461526285

Keep in mind that may be you will have to look further for the 8-pin connector because it is not exactly the one I purchased (which I have not found).

Regarding your "new" modules, it has already been talked about in this thread on this forum.

SO i bought a Power Amp chassis and gutted it, got it super cheap and its in mint shape. An episode EA amp originally. Heres how Im moving along.. Got some prototyping board and was going to riun the leads from the 16 pin connector of each to it and then combine things.

'I am confused as to how to wire this single ended. This amps been a chore. I hope its worth it in the end lol. I have the 180LP Oem 16 pin. Ive run jumper wires form the 16 pins to a protoype board to try and tie stuff together as well as to a Power distribution break out. What ground am I using as in what pins for RCA input? Also is there not supposed to be the earth ground attached from the AC input? IM reading mixed discussion on that.
