How to take apart a home tower speaker?

I removed the 4 screws from the board,but it was still firmly attached,so i didnt want to pull too hard.The white resisitor is still on there really good,it doesnt wiggle at all,and does not appear to have any loose connections.I might get a multimeter too check the wires going to the tweeter.Also the back speakers appear to be separate from the front,there is a board that runs all the way up the speaker,in the middle of the cabinet.
