Why do you think you need to disconnect the amp from the PSU? Just put one probe on 0v and another on the positive rail, note voltage then move probe to negative rail.
Make sure you keep fingers off the metal of the probes and away from any metal as high DC voltage such as this may well be fatal.

Ok I measured +/- 95V rails.
The bank of the power transistors on the inside are Toshiba 2SC5200. It is really difficult to read even in the best lighting and I can't make out the markings of the complementary pairs, which is impossible to make out because they lie right next to the edge of the case.
