Fairchild has several direct clones of 2SA and 2SC variants. Just put KSA and KSC instead, when searching.

It can be a lot easier to use more common devices for the majority of amp repairs. Typically the MJ21194 and MJ21193 (or MJL depending on style needed), the MJE340 and MJE350 and 2N5551 and 2N5401 will cover the majority of cases of output devices, medium power drivers and small signal. There are literally tens of thousands of 2SA/B/C/D devices. many have been out of production for years and offerings from the usual places can be highly suspect (fakes).
The 2N5551 and 2N5401 are also dropping off the radar lately but there are many other common replacements in the BCxxx series such as BC546 and BC556.
Another good and easy to use resource is,

..if you ignore 160Vceo vs 65Vceo..

Of course you need to evaluate the working voltages the device can be subjected to in any given circuit.
I was just trying to put across that I wouldn't even contemplate trying to source original device types for the majority of repair work
How is it done here on DIY?
Wouldn't it be a whole lot easier by just posting the device type numbers you need replacement for ?
Here is a Japanese site to look them up

Some of Tr candidates are here

(based on CQ publisher's data book)
2sc3423y (150V/50mA) E-C-B may be replaced by 2sc3421y (120V/1A) E-C-B
2sc1815 is everywhere
2sa1370e (-200V/-0.1A) E-C-B is ... well, I'd put 2sa970 (-120V/-0.1A) E-C-B with some risks
2sa1011e B-C-E (-180V/-1.5A) may be 2sa1358 (-120V/-1A) E-C-B
2sc2344e B-C-E is complementary to 2sa1011e, then 2sc3421 (120V/1A) E-C-B
2sc3467e is complementary to 2sa1370e, then 2sc2240
Surely you need careful adjustment after replacement.
What makes you think those Trs are really bad? Normally final Trs will be gone first.

I have this wonderful Hako 808 desoldering vacuum pump. It lets you easily pull parts out and test them. Those transistors tested bad or were burnt out/up. The finals tested good. The other channel is working fine. Hopefully, I'll get good replacements. This will be a good learning experience. The NAD 2100 is good sounding amp. Thanks to everyone who responded.
Here is a useful chart.

Hi, I have Transistors Data Book '88 pdf but it's too huge (68.2MB) to attach.
Specify them and I'll look them up.
You can upload them to the the dropbox and paste here the link.
just tried, will live a month
?????????.pdf
leads info in pp362-422.
Isn't it a good time to learn a few words of Japanese?
There are FET data book and Compatible Tr/FET book.
Sorry, I've lost them.

- How to convert 2sa &2sc transistors to current transistors??
