In order to finish reading this article, I used the translation software, and watched a morning, finally finished.
There seems to be a lot of questions, but there's no proof of truth,
I need the picture, which one can provide the picture of measurement, I can do the same action according to your picture
I can do basic measurements

Thermal pads for solid state relay from Electronic Components and Accessories | MPJA.COM
this solution was on AudioMaker video, start time 27:00 Lab Hangout #2
Greetings
Hey Soundhappy...I followed your link and tried searching the website, but couldn’t find a thermal pad like that. Afterward, I just did a Google for “large electronic relay insulating pad” and I got a hit on their website...but it says NLA.
Is this the item?
Solid State Relay, Thermal Mounting Pad | MPJA.COM
Maybe they sold out? Anyone else have luck locating a thermal insulating pad solution?

that's nutz
no use with that way of testing ...... even if we don't need absolute precision , border cases are going to be critical that way
one can make any sort of clamps , to avoid scratches ...... even hand pressure on heatsink is better than nothing ( even if tiresome)

THF-51S is out off stock , visibly only 500 Watt's 2SK182ES is still available from Watanabetomoaki san.

You think I find unknow vintage triode transistor from "Origin" Semiconductor Company ?
Not at all , is a single diode package who looks like small "blue sky" SIT

You will be happy to know that some progress has been made.
Remaining SIT-1 transistors are in SIT-3 amplifiers.
About 400 Sony Vfet channels are being prepared for introduction
in the diyAudio store.
Designs around remaining THF-51 and 2SK182 are in development.
Researchers at UC Davis (my alma mater) have developed new SIT using
Gallium Nitride.

Very interesting news!

Gallium Nitride.
Do Mr.Pass have link to more informations about SIT GaN semiconductors ?
Or maybe transistor sample on the bench today or in the near future ?
Me find this :
III-Nitride Vertical Transistor with Ion Implantation Formed Aperture Region
- Available technology for licensing from the University of California, Davis
Kind regards

Extraordinary Thanks Mr.Pass
I am waiting for the teaser in not distant future

This is exciting news for sure! So I guess the next questions are whether or not it will be a patented process and when/if a manufacturer will take up the challenge and turn it into commercially available devices.
