Once you start searching for headphone amps and buffers you´ll find enough literature (here) to read for months on end.

You haven't understand me.
I don't look for an overview of circuit ideas resp. approaches for that to realize new projects.

Another approach.
One aspect I do not like from a complementary mosfet follower is the positive phase H2 due to inherently higher gm of the N part. An asymmetric shade feedback is used here to induce negative phase H2.

Sorry for the intrusion, I am having a problem with inrush current on the Calvin Buffer and I don't know where the best post is to get attention from the key people who designed this buffer. I have opened a post here, any help will be appreciated.
