If you are using any measurement system then you must state what the measurements are without ambiguity.
If you choose to use unconventional measurements of Power, eg peak Watts, then expect to lose everyone if you don't specify what you are doing/using.

Conventional calculation of AC Power :Power = Voltage * Current
For (all) AC signals:
P = Vrms * Irms = Vrms^2 / Rload = Irms^2 * Rload
