i need help understanding this schematic

im kinda new to electronics, i usually build simple stuff but this kinda is over my head can anyone help me out?
I think i can do this if I had a list of part's... thats the main problem i had.

Help is a pretty vague title for a post
The parts are actually written on the image - TIP41, 142 and 147 are transistors as are the 2x 2a258. You'll probably want some BIT heatsinks for those transistors.
You've got 2x 1n4007 diodes.
A hand full of resistors of differing wattage ratings and a few caps.
And a +45v and -45v feed (which would be rectified from a transformer with 32VAC secondaries).
