Hi everobody
i joust bough a NAD 3130 from ebay. it arrived today at my home.
to my great surprise it is broken : the power light turns on, but the soft clipping led is also always on and no sound at all is coming from the speakers (neither noise or tun-on/off thump).......
HELP! has anyone experienced something similar? how can i fix it?????
thanks a lot!

Schematics are the first thing to find.
Then its down logical faultfinding.
Good old ebay. I dont usually find much junk on ebay now as they are touchy about things like that. Did get stung with a rope light once that only had half the lights working. Cost me £13 to send it back and I couldnt claim the £13 back ouch !
If I do buy off ebay I tend to buy new now.

yes, i have the schematics.if the seller will not accept to get the amp back, i will have to fix it...for sure this will be the last time i buy something used from ebay...
Might be worth oevrhauling it as well if you have to fix it.
Replace electrolytics, some just have a life of a few thousand hours.
