Help with BR design for CHP70

I get 111 mm long. A mm is't going to make a big diff.

I will be doing a version of the Mar-Kel70 for the CHP.

A quick check suggests that CHP will work in Mar-Kel70, but that a slightly lower port tuning would be needed to optimize it (not much thou)

"A slightly lower port tuning". How can I translate this in port dimensions ?
Longer ports, enlarged port surface ?

I am thinking of building Mar-Kel, increasing ports height, allowing for tweaking by addition of wooden pieces in the ports.
Is this way the correct one ?

Here are the sims in post 2 plus a couple sealed (the small sealed would be fine for surrounds for instance -- if you can actually fir the driver in that small a box)

In the graphs shown with yout software, the maximum excursion lines are calculated for the max input for this driver (18w ?)

Excursion by default is at 1w in. I usually leave it there, Power ratings on drivers for home use are largely irrelvent so i don'y pay attention to them
