I recently bought a set of Wharfedale DLX 15B bassbins. Unfortunately the previous owner removed the x-overs and left no trail behind how it was connected.

Hi, I can only guess you have a 1. order inductor filter to the woofer and a HPF (high pass) 2. order for the mid/high output.
So from AMP to LPF and HPF:
LPF is the coil in series with the woofer driver,
HPF is the second order (not for the woofer driver) you have the layout on your draying.
Does this make any sense to you, can you interpret the drawings and the concept?

Passive crossover is a Hi pass out (passive) with an external switch for bi-amp/passive modes. It's very likely that the passive high pass crossover it's a 120 Hertz 2nd order butterworth but this needs a big coil (4/8 Ohms?). Pictures are always very helpful...

It's funny not knowing if you were successful connecting the crossovers or not ?!
The amazing thing is that the 2. order could be a Hi Pass for the out speaker (Mid/Hi Output) or for the low frequency (30Hz) protection of the woofer.
Hi Pass:
CAP1 (208uF)+CAP2 (330uF)= Total ~127uF
Inductor (value?)
In this case (if having in mind) it's the crossover for the output high pass then it's similar to this. Sorry but I don't have all the details/connections and values/components and impedances for the speakers. (Some crossovers also have a switch for the 4/8 Ohm impedance, they internally disconnect crossovers parts but I think it's not the case)
A simple and easy test is to connect the crossover to the main woofer/sub.
If the sound is coming with mid/high frequencies only then its a high pass for external speaker (no low/sub frequencies contents).
The other coil should be the woofer coil. This his the logic. but could be different. You only show a picture (one picture and one side only) and thats not enough to guess.
