Are you sure that pin 2 of both of the 2010s goes to the output transistors? If so, which leg of which output transistor?

Someone there may recognize the components being used and may be able to provide a generic schematic diagram or a link to a thread explaining how this particular circuit operates. I tried to find a schematic. The only source I found wants $20+shipping and will take a week or more to arrive.
