I have the 196c fluke with the same issues. It's a false contact in the ribbon cable very common problem in this model?

Hello, i have the 199 scope, with bad input chips.
But keyboard and screen is working fine.
If anybody in needs the case(body), keyboard(keypad, ribbon), or lcd screen.

Or if somebody can sell me this chips..
