Coil getting power..it has to be the relay contacts
No voltage across ZD7 (the relay coil) when there is no signal to the amplifier. After applying a signal the relay clicks and there is 23 volts across the relay coil (measured across ZD7).
Will acquire and install a replacement and update at that time.
