I wouldn't think anyone would take a guess other than say they were electrolytic.
No real help there but a schematic would be very useful.
However
Clues to make a good guess would be the following:
Bridge (or diode) rectifier part numbers...this would help with average and peak current limits into the filter caps.
Overall output voltage and current rating of the supply.
Transformer secondary open circuit voltage.
Transformer secondary / Rectifier configuration. (there are a few different ones)
Regulator headroom requirements. (this might be difficult)
Hope that helps a little.

Thanks Doug I thought maybe someone might have one and could let me know what to buy yeah they r electrolytic, I guess i could call the company, I am not so good at reading schematics I will put the link up if someone could help me out I would be greatfull I can see one cap says I and one says V but really don't know what that means.

C1 looks like 2200uF / 35V
Digi-Key has about 40 in stock that meet these values...you just have to pick which size.
Search for capacitors, in stock, 2200uF, 35V
C5 looks like 100,000uF / 25V
Digi-Key has this one that has screw terminals:

And two others that snap in to cct board.
See, schematics are great for figuring things out.
Good luck.
