If I'm not mistaken, Rockford has the same tech support people as Rockford. Try contacting Rockford for the schematic diagram.

Why only that mosfet transistor is heat end broking what to check ????
its mark with black end red

Is the gate resistor within tolerance for that FET?

Do you have a bad solder connection or a broken trace on the gate leg of that FET?

Are these new FETs? If so, if you swap it for one in another location, does the heating follow the FET or does any FET in that location heat up?

I put a new one in the place but she heat.
The connection i think its good.
