Hi. I'm just starting some reading here, lots of information to absorb . I recently acquired a Yamaha M4+C6 combination . They are in very good condition however the pots on the M4 are noisy .

About the noisy pot try to remove the dust using an air pray like used to cleaning the computer keyboard.
