I know these circuits behave like a swing.
You set the pot a little, it's like when you're kicks in those swing. (swings in this particular case)
You have to wait until it swings back and finally comes to rest.
Then set again in the right direction, and so on, till it's O.K..
But this is not....

After all, I'm not in a big hurry.
Although I just took it apart my F6 amplifier.
In fact, it wasn't ready at all yet.
Now, I'm listening to my 4xZV9 and Big Eminences driven by 4xF4.
In the corner, there's a J2 clone.
There isn't so cold, so my big Aleph also sleeping.
There are in prepare my Aleph J, Aleph J-X and so on.
So why should I hurry?

Thoughts on R5-R6.
Mistakenly I did not order it.
So I soldered in what I have in hand.
I can set offset reasonable stable at T18, it oscillates about +/- 10mV.
If I touch R5 or R6 with my finger, offset grows rapidly, as temeruture change.
It can be up to 150-250mV.
These are something cheap 1W resistors, with 300ppm temperature coefficient.
If I touch them both, there is no great offset change, I can understand it.
But it is so sensitive, it looks on the offset, if, say, I open the door.
It is exactly the same behavior as my XONO behave, while it has no box.
This is why an analitical balance and a Pass amp needs a box as well.
However, I will buy something better for these positions, for exanple:
