Gyrators to replace PSU chokes?

Gentlemen;
I might confuse you about gyrators,sorry, since gyrators are associated with my nickname.
I NEVER intended to use a gyrator for power choke replacement. I used it to load a triode, a tube hat has non-linear output resistance depending on current (as well). Gyrator load helped to get all linearity it was possible of, and absence of a coil that adds own properties. I never said that a gyrator is a real choke replacement. Who misunderstood me, please accept my apologies and start discussion about deeper influences of gyrators on what they load.
