Hmmm. You know, here in Europe you often find them in large electronics dealers like Mediamarket.
That's where I saw them once, other than that I can't suggest anything else. Can you not buy them from Monacor?

I think the problem was that I didn't know the right name of this type of connectors: Screw and Tab Connectors for Printed Circuit Boards
