In English: Hybrid headphone amplifier with 6S19P power triodes, and mosfet current source. If it can be made working, an excellent idea. Except the 5532 as input.....

Cool circuit. Somewhat reminiscent of the Musical Fidelity X-Can V1. And absolutely nothing wrong with the 5532 here, it loves inverting operation.
I'd suggest R3 (10k) --> 0R. A 16 mV (typ) DC offset should be bearable, and noise would go down by about 3 dB (from -92 dBV to -95 dBV). Option B: 10k || 10-22 µF.
Is the circuit truly stable like that? Even with a load of 10 nF on the output? It may need 22-100 pF of feedback capacitance on the 5532, or something like a 100R-100n RC Zobel on the output.
Ia = 113 mA on tubes specified for 120 mA? Hmm. Even robust Russian technology has its limits.
A mains filter with common-mode choke and DC blocker - fancy.
The casing style is quite individual as well - rather art déco.
Any RMAA measurements? Though I guess as long as the circuit works properly, it would measure just fine.
