LKA, there is no problem you can use an external PSU with this board : just connect 375V DC (or 450V DC) to the high voltage input :D

You can even remove the 4 UF4007 diodes and put two straps in D1 and D3, AC2 become the positive input and AC1 is the negative input, but in this case you should be careful to connect the B+ correctly :rolleyes: , if you keep the diodes, you will loose 2V but it will protect your circuitry from a wrong connection !

Hello Prasi,

My thanks to you for including me in the first batch of boards delivered. I will have my wife on the lookout for them. Special thanks to Marc and yourself for all the hard work and dedication it takes to follow these projects to completion.

For myself, I will not be able to begin building until a later date, as I have other projects on the bench to build and increase my knowledge, understanding, and abilities before I tackle some high voltage projects. Should be some exciting times ahead once we move into our new house in the spring time 2019.
