I'm not sure what he changed, but there is a date of 3-27-05 noted on the bottom so he's updated it somehow.

The only difference I see is the removal of the capacitor across the feedback resistor and the capacitor across the input terminals.

This is quite interesting, as I have integrated the input (RFI) filter capacitor (but not the feedback bypass cap).
Would be good to know SL's motivation to no longer recommend them. Perhaps he found them to be unneccessary and thus did the engineering step to leave out what's not required.
