i guess i should rephrase my question
i don't have a schematic so I am not sure which location to actually hook it up to on the board itself.. i know it's not "wireless"

Between the two "C"s??
Where the R would have gone?
Without knowing which board you have, it's hard to be specific.
Perhaps you can post a jpeg of the board??
The provider of the board doubtless has posted a schematic you can download.
BTW, foil inductors are likely a waste of good money for this application. Save them for speakers, imho.

Foil inductors has no place in anything audio related.
They're just a smart way of picking the money out of your pocket.
What you actually do get when using a foil inductor for a power application, is a result that would make anyone with some experience in power electrics raise their eyebrows, and sell you a fire extinguisher to go with it.
Often those so called audio foil inductors, are insulated with PP film. NOTHING in the amps I build, that may get even the faintest bit warm, will have PP insulation.
Get yourself a real gauge 12 inductor, and sell those foil inductors on Ebay.

i got briangt's power boards
i haven't gotten the inductors yet.. i will get some real solid ones, but not sure how to hook it up

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

My dear Nelson!
Please do not be mad at me because of the remarks.
I know that if there is someone without malice, is you.
But some sarcasm to help cope with life.
Dear Joe!
You do not need to be angry also.
Returning to the inductors.
Red circles marked on the image to tie the inductors.
Best regards:
Gyuri
