They only sent me a replacement
gallon of the Duratex but I was happy with that.

The Liquid Nails really
doesn't expand. It acts pretty much just like wood glue except it is as runny.
But it is a bigger pita to get off your skin.

I am using the Kreg Pocket Hole Jig.
Like you see on TV. A+

I dry fit everything.
Mark the pieces and decide on assembly. Drilled the pocket holes into pieces that needed them. Put a 1/4 bead down. Right angle brackets on the corners and put the screws in. I used typical #6 wood screws. It pulled the wood together quite nicely. The right side and top are mounted together and are the last pieces to go on. These are the only pieces to get screws through the top down. I pre tap/counter sink those. Fill and sand after. Maybe if I had a right angled pneumatic drill I could just use pocket holes ...

We just got over allot of rain. Which thinking about it. I hope DM is OK.
If I recall correctly he lives in the ATL area. Which got some serious flooding.
