I have a pair of Hibachi/TAD-125 amps. The 125 is not a low-power amp, as far as I know. 200 watts into 4 ohm, if the website is not wrong. I would believe that - it rocks my swan 4.1s. I cannot wait until I get the pair of Tyler Acoustics Linbrook signature speakers with which to rock out.
I do know this - it is a great sounding amp. The imaging and detail of a class d without the treble grain on top I have heard in the Hypex amp modules or in a chip amp.
The soundstage is huge, although that could be speakers in addition to the amp. The clarity and smooth midrange of a tube amp with the authority and bottom on great solid state.
