bringing up the 140 inch path 206E simulation for the third time - look at the first impedance minimum around 32Hz - - FWIW I'd way this is the effective tuning and 1/4 wave of this pipe which at ~5.4 cubic feet is larger than one shown in the BIB calculator F3 is also predicted around 30 or so

Looking forward to see how your project develops. I have 140" 206e BiBs in my room and I can tell you that your brother in law will be REALLY surprised. Just find demos with good dynamics and you'll see.
I don't have measuring equipment but using tone generator and my "golden" ear I'd say these BiBs are good to 30hz in room.
