You appear to be under the impression that this is a system that should conform to many of the requirments that the judicial system must meet. Not so. THis is a privately owned forum. The forum is managed in the most efficient(time-wise) manner as deemed possible by the moderator team. Meeting the same requirments as the court system(s) would indeed be unreasonable. What volunteers are going to invest3-4x the time that they already do in order to mimick the court system and make a select few happy? We consider the evidence at hand, and when it is a 'major' action such as banning, we vote.
I, at least, will no longer reply to redundant inquiries made on this subject.
