I am a refugee from the land of SET so please forgive the naive question..I'm an absolute newby with SS.
I want to build an F2 for my fostex folded voigts just to see what all the fuss is about. I have read the background on the F1 service manual and tried to understand the circuit that Nelson kindly supplied in the clone thread, BUT............
I can't see a +out on the diagram and as the ps is floating vis chassis via the thermistors, i couldn't make sense of it.
Can anybody enlighten me on this please.

Yes. It's subtle enough that most people don't notice or care, but it's there. It's most noticeable on something like a bass drum.
