I would use an epoxy based resin if I am getting what your asking about correct ??
Sorry for the confusion, I meant the best tap and fluid for 0-80 holes in copper. I was looking to recommend something for DIY'ing a couple of set screws for putting a capsule on the end of a pipe fitting sort of like assembling an eyepiece.
David, last I looked we were down for 122 boards. With that price break at 70 then 100 boards would 150 boards qualify
for another price break? I would be ok with just setting the price
to $11@ + postage and if we qualify for another price cut just
donate the extra $ or 2 to DIY Audio.

Hi Woody,
The board house will discount another $1 to $10 a board for 150 units.
I might retain the additional dollar as a donation to DIYAudio, unless others who are participating in this GB would object. It's nice to give a little back to Jason, since he runs this site on a shoestring with a lot of volunteers.

How to Pay for Boards
Hello F1 GB Participants,
Please pay for your boards via PayPal using the following link: Buy F1 GB Boards
*** Deadline for payment is Jan. 12, 2009 ***
If you do not have PayPal, payment can still be made with a credit card during checkout.
The Buy button defaults to 2 boards for 2 channels. Additional boards and shipping options are available during checkout.
Please email if you have any questions. Any balance above actual costs will be donated to DIYAudio.com.
There maybe a few boards leftover after the GB closes, but order before the deadline to guarantee a set.
Thank you Nelson for your VERY generous approval and lending of your IP for our DIY non-commercial F1 GB.

Alan,
Your so right, a good amp like this needs great full range drivers. I have access to a 8'x8' CNC 3 axis router. It would be fun to kick out complex speaker boxes on this machine. It's pretty cool to drop a large sheet of MDF on the table and watch the CNC machine go to town.
