Nice design, using Hawksford's error correction around the output stage.

The Etalon is a bad design in many respects, not least because resistors are used to load the second stage in an attempt to define the error feedback correction circuit's high side and low side loads. Resistively loading the second stage ruins its linearity. Ideally, the EC load resistors should be driven by a source of low impedance, independent of the second stage, for optimal performance.
