I think the only way to get what you are after is to take four channels out of your sound card and feed four channels into your amp. If you don't have four channel output from your sound card you will need a new sound card that does.

The problem is, that I don't have an imput on my amp for 2 channels (L and R) I only have 1. So I have a cable going from my sound card's main output to the main imput of the amp.

So the rear speaker output on my amp stays empty and I am not able to make use of it, which means the windows controle won't make a differance at all..

This reminds me of a song" ... there's a hole in the bucket dear ...".

Since you only have two inputs on the amp, there is really not much else you can do but to get another amp.

The link to the manual for the amp shows that it has a multi channel input, maked input from AC3 decoder (or something like that).
