here is the plate amp in question Dayton Audio MCA2250E 2.1 Channel Class D Amplifier
more the magnetic field harming the performance of the amp, but u dont see any issues? The back of the magnet wd be at the centre point, about 3-4cm from the nearest components on the board
I guess the instructions wd have a guideline and i cant see anything

The driver you have selected is inherently self shielded= low flux leakage.
its the ferrite version I'm wanting to use not the neo one (half the price), sorry, half asleep, shd have posted the full model number
