There are lots of older threads that are still worth reading. But the images don't show. The images don't seem to be linked to an outside site. Thnx!

External image hosting like Imageshack and Photobucket aren't permanent and expire.. which irritates me as I used to use photobucket and now I have to either pay them $400 a year, or hunt down all the forum posts in all the forums I have and re-host and edit every post i have made to change all the photo links
Much safer to upload them through this forum

That image does not seem to be on ImageShack today. IShack does not seem to promise "forever" hosting. Or the uploader may have removed it.

Recent changes in imageshack terms of service mean that you can't even link to an external website if you are not paying for their service.
A whole lot of pictures disappeared all at once when this happened some months back.
We really have plenty of space for reasonably sized photographs and most other types of files so we really want to encourage people to post here directly.
