Hello. I also once made drivers, only completely everything and baskets and magnetic systems and diffusers from their own paper, only magnets were bought. Basically I did HF tweeters. I can post photos if interested
Yes of course, I would like to see photos and also high res audio files or at least professional microphone recorded wav files, also, frequency response plots. How did it actually sound, I mean could you tell the difference between a commercial tweeter and the ones you built? Could anyone?
Durability of paper would be a problem I would think.
you can also build planar magnetic instead of dynamic drivers, i think you got more luck building them if you dont go the print route

this is a test setup for instance but i made many. there is also a playlist (bulding) of the big ones holding the ribbons now for tests.

It used to be, but now it's more interesting to make planar headphones.
Now, sometimes I keep making tweeters

these are in-ear headphones. Electrodynamic driver 17 mm. Heil has already replayed to maximize performance. Film thickness 500 nm, or 0.5 µm. The Heil driver measures 18.5mm x 8.5mm. These are a kind of home monitors in a reduced form for us. These headphones are an alternative to oBravo. What specific questions you are interested in, ask, I will answer whenever possible.

They already play excellently and I can do them individually, but I plan to put them on a small series, but this takes time and money. He plans to turn to kickstarter. there is a desire to improve it to the ideal, I know how, but equipment (expensive), people and materials are needed. basically it is necessary to manufacture a special magnet. At the moment, the most expensive materials are used in this product, gold on the conductors, broken carbon cases, and metal parts plated with 24 carats gold.
The price now for the assistance and development of the project is 800 $ When the project is in series, the price will be 2000-2500 $
