If you used JLPCB or PCBWAY, you need to very carefully go through the imported BOM on their site.
We used PCBWAY successfully for 10 x Main and 10 x Front board.
Check to see if you only selected one PCB populated, and not all 5.
Be aware that some of the parts may not be available to them and are therefore priced very high, or they use large minimum quantities.
Go through the BOM item by item and verify they picked the right part or eliminate it from their BOM.
This is hard work, I know. Be aware that their part situation can change daily which is why we can't create a clean 100% BOM for them.
There will be parts you need to order through part suppliers like Mouser of Digikey.

I did send this to PCBWAY, is there a way that I can cross reference your prior order with them?
Want to be a member. What did PCBWAY tell you about the BOM they sent you. I gave them slow and Painful feedback on the original BOM I sent for the original 10 boards. We finally came to a close and they built the 10 boards sets. It looks like they do not have the BOM updated for my build. Tell them to use it. Otherwise, I will have to post the BOM I ended up with for the build. The problem is parts come in and out of availability so It almost always changes. I don't have the BOM at this computer I will have to send it later if you can't get it from PCBWAY.

I have a set of 5 ordered from JLPCB (China). I managed to source all parts but one resistor, RMCP2512FT4R02, Stackpole, 4.02R 2W, 1%, 2512. I ordered 50x 8.2R 1W and will stack them…
I do not have equipment to automate smd soldering. Since there are parts on both side of the PCBs I will handsolder them. I guess it’s about 300 smd parts which will take me a month, lol
They have a pick-and-place file included in the GIT download, but who produces a 1X batch for a decent price?
From what I saw smallest is 0805 which is not to bad.

The picture above from the post 11/4 shows the Special 10 boards BOM, but i can’t find them in the GIT repository. So I suspect they are not set public.
P.s. if you order PCBs from JLPCB you can add stencils to your order which would make it much easier to solder them with a hot air gun by hand. Actually not too bad but tedious.
You get 90% of the parts from Mouser, a few more from DigiKey and pretty much of the rest from Aliexpress. The one Part not obtainable anywhere is the 4.02R 2W resistor. You can make this one up by ordering 50x 8.2R 1W and stack two properly matched ones on top of each other. Easy with SMD.

Frontpanel and Frontboard SMD parts soldered. All parts checked for values and/or shortages. All ok. Next step: Through Holes Parts and ‚sandwiching‘ them together. After that I’ll start with the Mainboard. I obtained all parts from Mouser, Digi-Key and some passive parts from Ali. Spent about $700 CAD on parts and $30 on the PCBs from JLCPCB. All soldered by hand, about two days (I have time, I am retired 
. The 4R and 2R 2W resistors are unobtainable. So, for the 4R I stacked two 8R2 (5%, selected low value, ~8R) on top of each other. I arrived at perfect 1R (8x).
P.S. I build the original ELV KS7000, Kennlinienschreiber. I still have it and it has been a great tool!
