Yes, the last question is very difficult to answer properly for anyone that knows about audio.

Those last two questions were worth a survey in themselves.

Survey author: Have you considered that one of the choices to 6, "Recommendation of sales person or friend," has two diametrically opposed (or nonsensical) possibilities within itself? That is, if I pick this choice (I picked 'other'), then you may interpret me as being influenced by a sales person, which is downright offensive, when I in fact might be influenced by a friend. It's somewhat like asking the question "Do you like brussel sprouts or ice cream?"
