No, I don't. Unfortunately I don't have the testgear to quote an actual number for jitter. I'm not the only one with this problem, check out all of the commercial low jitter clocks, almost all of them don't show actual numbers either. What testing I did do is described further back in this thread.
No, if you're using a single core coaxial cable the shield should be grounded at both ends. In DC powered versions only connect the power connector's ground if the supply you're using is floating compared to the player's digital ground.
