Well, this Philips has a set of different voltages.
This is because this unit has only a Voltage Regulator.
The +/-15V lines are actualy +/-20V in idle. Didnt measured them on load.
This day ends with almost all the Nichion caps changed. The replacements are Rubycon, Elna and Panasonic.
If I can remember precisely, this unit sounds better that the Bitstream cousin. With separate transformers, and in NonOS it will sound very good.
