The address can easily be found on the e-mail button on my posts.

To recap a bit:

30 pos.(stop at 30 so 29 useable)
1 pole.
2 deck.
PCB board insulator.
Spring detent.
MBB.

Solder lugs or plated through holes on pcb?
SMD resistors possible?

Shaft length?Diameter?

Amazing the number of things that one can ask on a simple thingie.

Sorry to keep you fellows so busy,

Final Data

OK this should answer all questions:

Shaft Diameter is actually 6.35mm.

Shaft and Bush length is 26mm so if you mounted it on a 6mm thick panel 20mm would be proud of the panel. (this is not really an issue as you can either cut it down or extend it as required).

Voltage Rating 250V AC/DC

Current Rating 1A

Contact Resistance 5mOhms

Capacitance Stud to Stud 1pF

Capacitance Stud to Ring 3pF

Insulation Resistance 500MOhms @ 500VDC

The Studs are solid and machined, the contact area is 2mm Diameter (on the contact side of the Deck) they are Machined down (stepped) to a 1mm Pin (on the termination side of the Deck) what you actually solder to is a 5mm long 1mm Diameter Pin

Overall Max Diameter of the Switch is 55mm

Overall Min Diameter of the Switch is 41mm

Overall Length of the Switch is 78mm
