PA = Public Address = good intelligibility if done properly. Does not mean good music reproduction, but can do good music if the design is compromised towards that target.

Disco speakers are a form of PA but the target performance is for music reproduction that particularly suits dancing. This does not equate to good music reproduction but can do if designed to that target.

Domestic sound system = music that suits the listener. Does not equate to good nor realistic. But it can be.

High Fidelity = the design target to reproduce music as life like as possible, so that it sounds realistic.

DIYaudio can fit any and all of these categories.
 
If you want to connect fan to F100 PSU use this circuit 'fan control' will turn fan on in case heatsink temperature is over 60deg. Fan out voltage on F100 PSU is over 15V DC with 12v ac input from transformer. Resistor 22R/5W can be change to get 3-4V voltage drop for different fans.
