Yes, but you'll need to use passive radiators as that driver wants to be in a box no larger than 1ft^3. For BR the port size needed to get that low would be larger than the box. I suspect that driver would work well in a T-TQWT tuned to 25Hz. If you do use PR's I wouldn't tune lower than 25Hz
