I have tried many programs to help me when I get stuck getting a song right. I think this one is pretty good (best of all so far) and easy to work with. You download the plugin and saved it in your programs file folder like this: C:\Program Files\Vamp Plugins
Chordino and NNLS Chroma | Isophonics
Then you download this program, (Download Sonic Visualiser) load a song and go to transform; scroll down to analyze by plugin name, then chordino, then chord estimate. Takes less than a minute. Not perfect but very close. If you have any trouble just ask. I have it installed on a Windows machine so don't ask me about other operating systems.

I'm not sure how many Mac users are here, but Capo is pretty slick: Capo - Learn Your Music
They also make a nice signal analysis/graphic app: FuzzMeasure Pro 3 It's not an end-all be-all analysis app, but within its focus it's very nice.
