Post a photo of the area around the power supply drive circuit.

i removed the driver board. to see if any components bad. i found the two of the highlighted transistors bad. Do you think this causing the output driver to shutdown the IC? MAX transistor is good.

None of those (if they are PS drivers) are going to shut the output down but they could make the PS FETs to run hot if they're bad.

After changing those transistors fets remaining cool. i found the problem with the output driver board one of the trace going to pin2 was bad. vias must be corroded. after i fix that now everything is working fine. Thank you so much.
